RRC Crane Hire and RRC Plant Hire are committed to providing a professional, reliable service. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please let us know so we can investigate and try to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

How to make a complaint

You may also contact us by telephone, postal address, or the contact form on the relevant website. To help us deal with your complaint efficiently, please provide your name and contact details, a brief description of the issue, any relevant job, hire or invoice reference, and the outcome you are seeking.

What happens next

• We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days.
• We will investigate the matter and may contact you if we need further information.
• We aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. If the matter is more complex and we need longer, we will explain why and keep you updated.

If you remain dissatisfied, you can ask for a director or senior manager who has not previously dealt with the matter to review your complaint, where possible.

Data protection complaints

If your complaint concerns how we have collected, used, stored, or otherwise handled your personal information, please contact us using the relevant email address above. We will handle data protection complaints in accordance with UK data protection law and will acknowledge them within the required timeframe.
